If you are struggling with anxiety, fearful thoughts, panic, or avoiding parts of life you used to enjoy, I can help. I am a Licensed Psychologist based in Denver, Colorado specializing in telehealth treatment of anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and body focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs). Get started by scheduling a free 20 minute consultation.
How I Can Help
My specialization is helping adults in Colorado experiencing anxiety and OCD through time tested and scientifically validated methods. If you are experiencing anxiety or obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), you may feel trapped by worry, shame, constant overthinking, checking, researching, the need to do things a certain way, or the need to avoid certain places or situations. Breaking free of these limitations is possible and you can get back to living the full life that you desire.
My approach is based on exposure and response prevention (ERP) along with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a modern form of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I help people to understand how they get stuck, and to confront their fears in a safe, systematic way. While this approach is not always easy, the results are worth it! I provide guidance and gentle challenge along the way.

Why Telehealth?
My practice is exclusively dedicated to telehealth. Telehealth, also called virtual therapy, or online therapy, has proven to be as effective as in-person therapy, and has its own set of advantages. Telehealth allows me to provide specialized anxiety and OCD treatment to people throughout Colorado, no matter where they are located.
Convenience
My clients appreciate the convenience of telehealth! There is no time spent in traffic or finding parking. Scheduling is often easier when you don’t have to factor in travel time. You can attend your session from the comfort of your own home, from whatever space you choose.
Safety
While vaccines, masks, ventilation, and distancing have reduced the likelihood of contracting COVID-19, no measures are 100% perfect. Therapy via telehealth remains the safest option to minimize exposure.
Satisfaction
I have been providing therapy via telehealth since before the COVID-19 pandemic began. To date I have conducted over 1,300 hours of online therapy with nearly universal client satisfaction.
Sustainability
With no transit needed to attend a telehealth session, and no heating, cooling, and lighting needed for an office, telehealth helps reduce our carbon footprint.
